 You see, I’ve always liked to be busy.

For the better part of the last decade, I FILLED my life and schedule with things to keep me occupied so that I didn’t feel “lazy”, “unproductive”, or “boring”.

School,

work,

volunteering,

maintaining meaningful relationships

trying to stay fit.

Keeping up with all of this was my constant struggle, and something would always suffer.

Unfortunately, it almost always ended up being my mental and physical health.

I tried to be all things to all people and perform amazingly in every single area of my life only to find myself burnt out and depressed. For years I battled an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise that was largely stress-triggered and set me miles back in my personal growth over and over again.

Fast forward 5 years later and admittedly, I’m actually not any less busy. But the difference is in the balance. What I didn’t realize during that time of my life was that I couldn’t possibly serve others or do well at anything unless I was taking care of myself.

I knew the importance of a healthy body, but until I took care of ALL aspects of health – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, I was destined to continue on this downward spiral.

So what did I do?

I got brutally honest with myself about where I was at.

I reached out for help and accepted it.

I made it my mission to create a community of women that prioritized living a balanced, healthy life.

Ladies who want to lead and change the world without falling apart in the process.

So Here I Am. Health Coach For Stressed Out, Busy, Professional Women And Entrepreneurs.

Looking back, I’m not surprised I let my ego bury me in silence for so long.

But I am SO glad I made those mistakes, because now you don’t have to.
